The APP Privacy Agreement
Hereby reminds you (the User) to carefully read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") before registering as a User to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement carefully. Your registration, login, use, etc. will be deemed to be your acceptance of this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between the Black Owl Developer (hereinafter referred to as "Black Owl") and the user regarding the "Black Owl" software service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). "User" means an individual who registers, logs in, or uses the Service. This agreement can be updated by Black Owl at any time, and the updated terms of the agreement will replace the terms of the original agreement once published without prior notice, and the user can view the latest version of the terms of the agreement in this APP. After modifying the terms of the Agreement, if the User does not accept the modified Terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by Black Owl, and the User's continued use of the Services will be deemed to be an acceptance of the modified Agreement.
1. Account registration
1.1. Uusers need to register a "Black-Owl" account before using this service. The "Black-Owl" account shall be registered with a mobile phone number, and the user is requested to register the "Black-Owl" account with a mobile phone number that has not yet been bound to the "Black-Owl" account, as well as a mobile phone number that has not been banned by the Service in accordance with this Agreement. The Service may change the way the account is registered and bound according to the user's needs or the product' needs, without prior notice to the user.
1.2. "Black-Owl" is an APP product based on "Black-Owl", and the user should authorize the Black-Owl and use its personal information to successfully register the "Black-Owl" account when registering. Therefore, when the user completes the registration, it means that the user agrees to the service to extract, disclose and use the user's information.
1.3. In view of the binding registration method of the "Black-Owl" account, you agree that the service will allow your mobile phone number and mobile device identification code and other information to be used for registration during registration.
1.4. When the user registers and uses the service, the Black-Owl needs to collect personal information that can identify the user so that the service can contact the user when necessary, or provide a better user experience. The information collected by Black-Owl includes, but is not limited to, the user's name and address; Black-Owl agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the protection of user's personal privacy information in Article
2. Second, the user's personal privacy information protection
2.1, if the Black-Owl finds or receives others to report or complain that the user violates this agreement, the Black-Owl has the right to review and delete the relevant content at any time without notice, including but not limited to user information and posting records, and according to the seriousness of the circumstances, the illegal account is punished including but not limited to warnings, account blocking, device blocking, and function blocking, and notify the user of the processing results.
2.2. Users who are banned for violating the user agreement can contact the Black-Owl on their own. Among them, users who have been banned will automatically resume the banned function after the expiration of the block period. Banned users can submit appeals, and Black-Owl will review the complaints and decide whether to change the penalty measures in its own reasonable judgment.
2.3. The user understands and agrees that The Black-Owl has the right to punish violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement according to reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and save relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations to report to the relevant departments, etc., and the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
2.4. e The user understands and agrees that the user shall compensate Black-Owl, the cooperative company and the affiliated company for any claim, demand or loss claimed by any third party caused or arising from the user's violation of this agreement, including reasonable legal fees, and make it harmless.
3. User Posting Content Specification
3.1, the content described in this article refers to any content produced, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by the user in the process of using the service, including but not limited to registration information and authentication materials such as account avatars, names, user descriptions, or text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics, etc. to send, reply to or automatically reply to messages and related link pages, as well as other content generated by the use of the account or the service.
3.2. Users shall not use the "Black-Owl" account or the service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content prohibited by laws, regulations and policies:
(1) oppose the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
(2) endanger national security, divulge state secrets, subvert state power, and undermine national unity;
(3) damage to national honor and interests;
(4) incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine national unity;
(5) undermine national religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) spread rumors. Disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
(7) disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes;
(8) insulting or slandering others and infringing on the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3.3. Users shall not use the "Black-Owl" account or the service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the "Service" and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) contains any sexual or sexual implications; (2) contains abusive, intimidating, threatening content;
(3) contains harassment, spam advertising, malicious information, and deceptive information;
(4) involves the privacy, personal information or information of others;
(5) infringes on the right to reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, Trade secrets and other legal rights;
(6) contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
4. Rule of Use
4.1, any content transmitted or posted by the user in or through the service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be regarded as reflecting or representing the views, positions or policies of Black-Owl, and Black-Owl does not assume any responsibility for this.
4.2. Users shall not use the "Black-Owl" account or the service to carry out the following acts:
(1) submit or publish false information, or steal other people's avatars or materials, impersonate or use the name of others;
(2) force or induce other users to pay attention to, click on linked pages or share information;
(3) fabricate facts, conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) use technical means to establish false accounts in batches;
(5) use the "Black-Owl" account or the service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;
(6) make, Publish methods, tools, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools related to the above acts, whether or not these acts are for commercial purposes,
(7) other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, and interfere with the normal operation of "Black-Owl" or the service without express authorization.
4.3. The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted by the "Black-Owl" account or the service, and any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user himself, and has nothing to do with the Black-Owl. If damage is caused to the Black-Owl or a third party, the user shall compensate according to law.
4.4. The services provided by Black-Owl may include advertisements, and the user agrees to display advertisements provided by Black-Owl and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, the user shall be responsible for the transactions carried out according to the advertising information, and the Black-Owl shall not bear any responsibility for the loss or damage suffered by the user due to the transactions carried out according to the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
5. Other
5.1. Black-Owl solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt Black-Owl from liability and restrict user rights, and asks users to read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read this Agreement.
5.2. The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall apply to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy arises between the user and the Black-Owl, it should first be resolved through friendly consultation, and if the consultation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction over the Black-Owl's domicile.
5.3 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions remain valid and binding on both parties.
The copyright in this Agreement is owned by Black-Owl, and Black-Owl reserves all rights to interpret this Agreement.
